If you don’t have Jesus you don’t have life! John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son (Jesus) so that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life” if you don’t except Jesus as Your Lord and Savior you are going to hell! The only way to prevent this, the ONLY way is to put your faith in Jesus Christ and believe that He came and died and rose again on the third day! Jesus took all our sins from us, so that all we have to do to go to heaven is except His gift, i would urge anyone who reads this, ANYONE, to give your life to Jesus!

My Youth Group has been answering questions about God, and the Bible. This one, If God created everything did He create evil?
The simple answer is no, the bible in Isaiah 14: 12-21 explains the origin of sin and evil in the heart of Lucifer, it started with pride in his heart “i will ascend into heaven” ” i will exalt my throne above the stars of God” so that explains where sin began.
Isaiah 14:12-21
How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations!Isa 14:13For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north;Isa 14:14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’Isa 14:15Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit.Isa 14:16"Those who see you will gaze at you, And consider you, saying: ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms,Isa 14:17Who made the world as a wilderness And destroyed its cities, Who did not open the house of his prisoners?’Isa 14:18"All the kings of the nations, All of them, sleep in glory, Everyone in his own house;Isa 14:19But you are cast out of your grave Like an abominable branch, Like the garment of those who are slain, Thrust through with a sword, Who go down to the stones of the pit, Like a corpse trodden underfoot.Isa 14:20You will not be joined with them in burial, Because you have destroyed your land And slain your people. The brood of evildoers shall never be named.Isa 14:21
Prepare slaughter for his children Because of the iniquity of their fathers, Lest they rise up and possess the land, And fill the face of the world with cities.”

Isaiah 14:12-21

How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations!

Isa 14:13For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north;

Isa 14:14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’

Isa 14:15Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit.

Isa 14:16"Those who see you will gaze at you, And consider you, saying: ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms,

Isa 14:17Who made the world as a wilderness And destroyed its cities, Who did not open the house of his prisoners?’

Isa 14:18"All the kings of the nations, All of them, sleep in glory, Everyone in his own house;

Isa 14:19But you are cast out of your grave Like an abominable branch, Like the garment of those who are slain, Thrust through with a sword, Who go down to the stones of the pit, Like a corpse trodden underfoot.

Isa 14:20You will not be joined with them in burial, Because you have destroyed your land And slain your people. The brood of evildoers shall never be named.

Isa 14:21

Prepare slaughter for his children Because of the iniquity of their fathers, Lest they rise up and possess the land, And fill the face of the world with cities.”

This is a pretty neat version of this awesome song. Read through the lyrics if you get a chance. It’s a humbling and amazing thing to consider that the cause and sustenance of our lives laid down His for us. And it’s a wonderful thing that this wasn’t an act of defeat, but an attack on sin and death.

Though the Earth Cried out for blood
Satisfied her hunger was
Her billows calmed on raging seas
for the souls on men she craved

Sun and moon from balcony
Turned their head in disbelief
Their precious Love would taste the sting
disfigured and disdained

On Friday a thief
On Sunday a King
Laid down in grief
But awoke with keys
Of Hell on that day
The first born of the slain
The Man Jesus Christ
Laid death in his grave

So three days in darkness slept
The Morning Sun of righteousness
But rose to shame the throes of death
And over turn his rule

Now daughters and the sons of men
Would pay not their dues again
The debt of blood they owed was rent
When the day rolled a new

On Friday a thief
On Sunday a King
Laid down in grief
But awoke holding keys
To Hell on that day
The first born of the slain
The Man Jesus Christ
Laid death in his grave

On Friday a thief
On Sunday a King
Laid down in grief
But awoke with keys
Of Hell on that day
The first born of the slain
The Man Jesus Christ
Laid death in his grave

He has cheated
Hell and seated
Us above the fall
In desperate places
He paid our wages
One time once and for all

You know i don’t agree with a lot of things from the blog I got this from, but this stood out… but from where will we draw that courage? Not from ourselves, we as humans are to weak, and would only draw attention to us. Now if we draw our courage from God, and His Son Jesus, we will be able to stand alone in the eyes of men (though in reality we will not be alone we will be standing with the only Son who came to pay for our sins with His life), for the glory of God, and make ourselves living testaments of His Glory.
